Ok so friday...... locks up, laggs.... crashes

Yestarday (saturday) locks up on several occasions.....

Now today (sunday) its locking up again....... i have called them each and every time but they tell me not enough people are phoning up complaining about it and aint worried..... Feel free to call them. Just a guess but i recon today wont be without its problems again...... 08448710000
