Good call - especially to all those who are new and cant resist the urge to try especially when it comes back up again - just dont do it, its really not worth it lads, take it on the chin. Rest of the day off for me
Called them and their helpdesk they said "we really havent a clue whats wrong at the moment so it would be unfair to comment or lie to you, i cant give you a time frame of how long it will take to sort out" also they said "we realise it is unfair especially for those who are paying a fair amount in premium charge to have a service that is not reliable and it was raised in the last AGM that a backup system needs to be implemented and is going to be in the future" -- true? probably not but thought id share anyway.
