Betfair new offering 2% commission

In case some forum users may not yet be aware of it - you can now choose to have only 2% commission on Betfair. Go to Promotions / Choose your rewards with Betfair's new packages.

I can't see a 2% commission rate, could you tell me where it is

Go to exchange / promotions / Choose your rewards with Betfair's new packages / Choose and choose the basic plan. I'm assuming this is available to most but not all users - not the high earners. You can also choose to pay 8% commission on winnings but get refunded 10% of your losses every month.

Maybe it's only available to losers.
