  • And it's hello from me

    Hi, Darren here from bet72.com.

Just a quick note to say I am delighted to have this opportunity to work with everyone via The Geeks forum. I am here to help all of you make a few extra quid, to either boost your trading bank or just add to your profits for the month.

For those of you who do not know, I run a site, bet72.com, which specialises in extracting risk free profits for bookmaker offers and bonuses. There are currently over £2000 in free bets to be collected by signing up to new bookmaker accounts, as well as plenty of existing bonus offers that can be taken once you are an existing customer. So, yes it is true, there are genuinely risk free money making opportunities each and every day.

The idea of this section of the forum is to answer any questions or queries that people might have concerning all things risk free, as well as discussing ideas and more advanced strategies for making the most from the offers out there. I am happy to develop this area as we go on so that everyone can get the maximum benefit from it so any ideas for content or things you want to include would be great. So please feel free to drop me a line anytime at, darren@bet72.com

In the first instance I would say to anyone who is thinking of getting started with the risk free betting process to take a look at the Getting Started guide on bet72, (here), also check out some of the offers on the site too to get a feel for the way we go about things and of course familiarise yourself with our free software product, Oddsmatcher, which takes all the hard work out of find the best value risk free bets for you.

Obviously I won’t be on the forums 24/7 but will drop by when I can to keep things ticking along with the latest offers and to answer any questions posted. But please feel free to give me a nudge/kick from time to time if there is something I have overlooked.

Really looking forward to getting stuck into this and here’s to a profitable future together.

    All the best.

      I have a question.

Once you have signed up as a new customer and claimed your 'risk free bets' - can you close your account with that bookmaker and re open it and re-qualify for free bets - or are you blacklisted for free bets?

Apologies - I'm sure this has been asked before.

No - It's strictly one account per person/house/IP address and you need to check the t&c's when you sign up.

usually serious bookies need some sort of identity from you, be it credit card or passport scans or whatever, next time you try open acc they know its you again.
those bookies who dont care, usually dont give back whatever money you try to withdraw anyway evil

It's always best to research the bookies here, http://www.sportsbookreview.com/, they recommend that you only go with bookies with a B+ rating or higher. There are a lot of scary stories where bookies strip punters of their winnings with little or no explanation, and a lot of them are unregulated.

Anyone here had any bad experiences?

              Hi I,

bad experiences? Ladbrokes for me. They decided to start dipping into my account for an "admin" fee, although first sending me a threatening e-mail. The account turned out to be locked, so I could neither bet nor withdraw funds, nor get them to unlock it. Luckily it was a small sum so I instructed them to give the contents to charity and vowed never to use them again,

              cheers, MC

Ladbrokes closed my account too. I received a free £50 bet in their magazine, bet on a horse @ 17s which won, then got the email my account was closed. I can still log in, deposit and withdraw but I can't bet. Weird!

My only problem was with a spread betting firm, IG Index. They failed to pay a winning bet and I complained. They said they would look into it and get back to me. I made three similar requests , all got me nowhere. They did pay me eventually but I "threw a wobbly" and closed my account.

I had done a bet on "hotshots" on a televised rugby union club game just to have an interest. I watched the game and knew that my man had scored a try. He was easy to pick out as he was the only black guy on the field, and this was when there were scarcely any black first class rugby players. How could they get it wrong ? Just a bunch of muppets.
