Hi - I'm Rick and have been interested in horse racing and football betting for the last twenty odd years. Usually spend most Saturday mornings looking for some winners, fancy a change so thought I would take the plunge and do some trading. Have touched on the subject before but didn't have the time or patience to build slowly, bit older and wiser now! Hi all,

My name is Andy, I am from the UK and very new to trading.

I love the advice that this forum gives to newbies, it seems very informal compared to "elsewhere" and that is a great help to people who are just starting out.

I am only using 2 pound stakes and sometimes (a lot) just watching the market for trends and pattern forming.

Good luck to all that are just starting out like me. I am sure this learning curve will be bumpy
