struggling to buy

Hi Hope someone can help I have down loaded the 14 day trial all seems fine, however when I try to buy a year subscription, I get box asking for client id? can not find that, it also says you can log into software and log into clod settings, there is no option for this infact there is nothing on log on page other than asking for my betfair details. any help would be great.

Log into the software, not the payment website.

AFTER you are logged in, select from the main menu, Cloud Settings -> Payment Portal
