Has this ever happened to you?

Hi guys,
Earlier today (in training mode thank god) I put a mega low lay in of 200, then waited for the race to start, obviously hoping that, during inplay, the odds would jump up slightly.


But, After i put my lay in and waited for the race to start, it went to suspended and the in play never took place! It was at Lingfield UK and its happened twice at Lingfield, nowhere else. So basically, i lost the 200 and the liability that goes with it, on boh occasions. Just thankful that it was in training mode at the time.

Anyone else has this or can explain what happened? Maybe its something to do with Lingfield?

No it has to do with the toy currently being in beta whilst we fix some of the bugs, one of which just happens the be one you just encountered.

Thats pretty serious man. Glad you guys are on it. What happens to the people that have lost money through this fault? are they re-reimbursed?

Use of the software is entirely at your own risk. That's why because of the issues like this that we've encountered this past week or so due to a forced migration to Betfairs new API, that we put the product into beta with a warning to people to only use small stakes until we identify and fix the serious ones.
