Just waiting for them to announce forthcoming charges for the data...Betfair is foooked!..they have lost the trust of their customers and just pander to the shareholders..a bit like the Australian banks over here.

That link was down all last week. Note though that the data files all follow a set naming format so you can download them directly by putting in the full url to the csv file in question:
http://promo.betfair.com/betfairsp/p...in08062012.csv and http://promo.betfair.com/betfairsp/p...ce08062012.csv will download yesterdays win and place data files respectively. Simply change the numbers at the end that represent the date to the date you want and away you go.

Yes, they're just csv files, just hundreds of them
Think cran's got a file with the majority merged somewhere if you want to save time downloading. I grab them daily to a mysql database and that comes to 160mb so be aware it'll be a big file
