Ladder window not displaying properly

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how I can sort out a problem with the ladder window not displaying properly (for horse racing)?

When I click on a race in Market Navigator, the ladders window always opens and shows up to 15 ladders in the race (that's what I've got it set up to do). It's worked fine every day for ages up until today.

However, today when I click on a race all I get is the title bar and a tiny bit of the race timer showing. It is the same for Betfair Live and Training Mode (although the ladders display fine on the Betdaq version). However, I was hoping to use the Betfair version today.

I have tried restarting my computer, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Toy, as well as clicking on the roll up and roll down buttons on the ladder window. I don't think it's a window resizing issue, as I can see a tiny bit of the race timer below the title bar. Sadly, that is the extent of my technical knowledge. If restarting the computer and reinstalling the application doesn't work, I'm stuck!

If anyone knows what I can do to get all my ladders to show again, I'd be VERY grateful!

1. Shut dwn the toy.
2. Delete the file MultiMarketOptions.xml from your settings folder.
3. Start the toy.

Thanks very much for your speedy reply.

I deleted the file you suggested, but then still couldn't see the ladders when I restarted the Toy. So I restarted my computer to see if that helped, but unfortunately, I'm still having the same problem.

When I click on a race, a new window opens and I can see the title bar and about one-third of the race timer, but no actual ladders.

Previously, it has worked perfectly; right up until yesterday. The problem only started today. I don't think I've done anything differently between yesterday and today to upset it - eg downloading new software or anything like that?

If you've got any other suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.

I'm away from home ATM, so don't have to hand the tools I need to investigate this until tomorrow evening.

I'm pretty sure this issue was introduced in 1.2, but we've yet to nail the cause down.

3 Options for a quick fix until I get home...

Shut down the toy & either..

1. Un-instal & install version 1.1

2. Delete the entire contents of your settings folder. { This i a clean install }

3. As 2, but copy the settings files from your Betdaq folder & paste them in the Betfair folder.

I have just had the same issue. AGT was minimised in the task-bar, when I maximised it, the Main Info Bar failed to open. I deleted the settings folder and re-installed, things seem to be back to normal so far ...
