in italy it's 6pm, normally at this time i like to stop working/trading, turn off the computer and go out.
but since yesterday i saw that racing starts at 5pm and goes on until 9... why? i was so comfortable with the old schedule, dont tell me that it's going to be the same all summer, i dont want to spend all day at the computer! |

It's going to be the same until the dark evenings return. People like going to race courses after they finish work and attendances are high in good weather. Unfortunately, it has been very wet in the UK and, I believe that there will be few visitors to Kelso tonight as it has been abandoned due to waterlogging.

uhm... it's not good news for me.
summer is arriving and i live at 5 minutes by car from the sea (2 minutes by motorcycle ), so at 6pm i turn everything off and i go to the beach until 8-9, and in these 2-3 hours i relax and recharge the batteries after the working/trading day.if i spend all day at the computer until 9pm i'll become crazy, i must find a way to trade without letting it take over my life. hope there will be more early afternoon meetings, today there was only chester! |

but in the morning i do my freelance work, and in the afternoon i work and trade at the same time (i do easy work stuff in the pause between races).
so anyway i'd have to stay all day at the computer... if there are only 5 races before 6pm and 20 races later, i'd need to trade the 20, not the 5, since my way of trading is made by small wins distributed in many races, not few big ones. ok... i'll worry about it on june, now it's not beach time yet, and i can stay at the computer longer. |

Whether you trade one race a day or 20 is irrelevant to your success, though. It only determines that day's success not your overall profit. If you trade 1000 races in a week or 1000 races in a year, you'll get the same result just at a different speed. In any case, there are quite a few races before your 6pm deadline aren't there?

how can it be the same, no matter the number of races?
if my average profit is 1$ per race, trading 1000 races will give me 1000$, while trading 100 races will give me 100$. to have the same profit, in the second case i'd have to increase my stakes x10 (and i dont even think about it i'm too scared after the big loss i had on march)
