Isner v Zeb , rome today

It seems to me that backing Isner on serve would be a sound approach as looking at the stats and rankings for these two I would have had Isner as favourite, however betfair has Isner at 2.24 and Zeb at 1.79. is it the surface thats reflecting the prices ? I'm still inclined to go with my original plan , just that the prices have got me scratchin' my head as to why Isner's the dog. Am I missing something here?
