Next thing i must get better at is, when i make 2 3 or 4 loosing races in a row, or maybe 1 with bigger loss, it usually takes me maybe another 2 3 winning races that gets me in the right mood to be in the zone, or in the good flow as i prefer saying it. I know we all have the same problems, but in time they are getting smaller. After loosing streak, i take few deep breaths, calm down, couse i observe my self and i can see how my minds are jumping, from a little nervous state of mind to asking my self why the **** i traded bad hehehe
 but in few minutes, with the right attitude i am again in the proper mode

was trading really good for the last 3 weeks, now for the last 3 days i feel like i am a little bit lost..i dont know why, is it in my mind, why am i making such bad trades. Probably these down spirals come, when it is going good it feels like it is the easiest thing to do, when it is not going good you feel like a stupid kid

maybe is the change of season?
we switch from long jump races to short flat ones, and maybe the odds are not always accurate at the start of the season. this is good for the ones who are expert of horses, form etc, they can spot the positive value. but for the others, like me, wrong odds result in wrong expectations about the market's behaviour |

maybe i dont know, i newer watch the races ony react on odds movement..but currently i totally feel like i am a newbie, i made 1.5k on horse racing till now, but these few days have made me feel like i dont know what i am doing..also maybe my mind plays a big role here or i dont know

accept the negative streaks and dont get nervous, if you have the edge you "play" in positive statistical expectation.
if you keep doing what you did when you won, sooner or later the edge will kick in again and send your p/l closer to the average (unless the markets you use are changed and your strategy lost its edge). i learnt this the hard way, i freaked out when i had negative streaks and i ended up losing much more than what i'd have lost in a normal state of mind. |

yea, well i dont know, maybe the chanched a little, but mostly i traded b< trying to go with the market..ofcourse you can mostly do that with the longer races, on the shorter you can fastly get burned, and the problem is also that now in 2 days when i lost 200, my minds says to me i had those 200 and now i am doing something wrong to have lost them. I know that i must stay calm and stay positive and in the good mood, but also maybe there is a little bit more big jumps happening in the markets so i good quickly burned few times. I admit when i made sometimes more than 100 in one day, i felt like superman, now when i am in a negative streak i feel a little bit lost, also i can smell a little fear coming in me from the markets,which ofcourse is also not good.
i hope i will get back on track, i think i will but must stay positively minded currently

i have invested so much time and effort untill now in this almost year and a half till now, that when it is going bad i feel really miserable..that is not how a trader thinks, when it is not going good, that really shows if a trader is a trader, just take the losses like a champ and smile to them, it is only money. The true challenge is to make every trade that you think that is an opprotunity, and if the trade doesnt go good take the loos. Stop thinking about the money milivoje and think about your attitude! You are a trader not a f***ing pussy, which when you get to a loosing period, you will whine and cry, be a man, embrace also the losses, so that when the winning comes you will appreciate it more
