Multiple bets prepared on single selection

Hi. Could anyone tell me if and how you can set up numerous bets on the same selection in grid view?

I.e. have several back/lays on one horse ready to commit in running

Horse 1 Back 5.0
Horse 1 Back 4.0
Horse 1 Back 2.0

You get the idea. Whatever I try it seems to just give me one prepared bet and just change the price. I've looked through the forums and xenomorphs started guide with no joy. Any help would be greatly appreciated
