Well, I've lasted 2 days trading in-race on the ladder, listening to Timeform and taking a view of the main 2-3 horses. I open a position and hold.

I'm using 10p bets.
It's a 50p to £5,000,000.25 Challenge. I may be a while. |

My long term vision is to sports trade from the VIP lounge of some bar in Ibiza while drinking piña coladas and squeezing some hot European lass's breasts.
Plan B is to lie about my results and set up a sports trading coaching service, write a few books and flip burgers in Epsom McDonalds. I will claim my trading office is in the home of racing, Epsom. |

Ok, I have got a name for my system. The system I've got nailed is the Sniper High Intensity Trading System. I've got the Sniper High Intensity Trading System bad.

Was trying to watch too many horses. When you're listening to Timeform and getting all these different names then trying to find them quickly on the ladder, it gets a bit confusing. |

Watching the races and trading in same time isn't bad. If you start, it makes a lot sense to concentrate ONLY on the 3-4 horses you can seperate best with the race-colours. All other you should ignore unless you reached the experience of a long years race-caller

Thanks for the tip. I find I can just manage by listening.
Note to self: TURN OFF TICK OFFSET, YOU MONG. Scalped someone for 1 tick. Made £0. My trade woulda profited had it not auto-closed.

Serious question: am I right that if I listen to the radio in-race and form an opinion then take a trade based on that, providing my "opinion" is correct, it's a long term winner for me? Or do I have no edge as people at the race track can take advantage of my bets in the long run?
