there outages are fast becoming a complete fraud. something must be done, terms and conditions cant let these get away with such theivery much longer.

BETFAIR'S CUSTOMER COMMITMENT
In response to customer feedback asking for clarity on key aspects of our service we are making a series of commitments. We used consumer research to define the areas of our business where clarity and transparency are most required. The result is 14 customer promises, which are below.
