No Racemeter on AUS horse races

Ok, there is SOME (on rare ocassion) races where the race meter is switched on in-play. How's that? Why there is not the race meter running on ALL AUS races? Don't tell me it's because of some Australian region law differences

UK races are in furlongs and miles, other races are in meters. IP graph is not compatible IMHO.
