I've had issues in the past with BF seemingly not paying out on trades occasionally, however recently things got really serious and BF took me down for a loss that never happened......


Just come off the phone top BF CS, and the kind assistant blurted out the usual lines about; BF not being responsible, BF using a third party software etc, etc ...... and at my request the account has been closed and I'm now moving on.

Like I say, had this been a singular trade and with a lesser amount i probably wouldn't have picked up on it, however this has happened on multiple occasions, and the amount this time was to such a degree (near 25% of my bank) that I needed to fight to get the balance on the correct result.... which didn't happen sadly

Anyone else had problems like this with BF?
