    Default Login Timeouts

    We have had reports from a few users over the past 2 days who are unable to login to Betfair via Geeks Toy due to "Timeout" errors. This is also affecting other software products.

    Both us and Betfair are investigating the issue. To help us better identify the issue can anyone affected by this please post the answers to these questions here.....

    1. What Country are you located in?

    2. What region of the country are you located in?

    3. What is the name of your Internet Service Provider { ISP }? Is it fixed line or Celluar?

    4. What version of Windows are you using? { Please include full info. EG Windows 10 Home, Version 1703, OS Build 15063.608 }

    5. What Anti Virus software are you using?

    6. When was your last Windows update?

    5. What Anti Virus software are you using? Kaspersky Total Security

    6. When was your last Windows update? The last update was in 26/09/2017

    R: Provedor T-net linha fixa.

    4. Qual versão do Windows você está usando? {Por favor inclua informação completa. EG Windows 10 Casa, Versão 1703, OS Construir 15.063,608}
    R: Windows 10 home single language versão 1703 build OS 15063.608

    5. O software Anti Virus está está usando?
    R: Kaspersky free 18.0.0.405

    6. Quando foi sua última atualização do Windows?
    R: A última atualização foi em 13/09/2017
