I installed this update because the version I was using 1.4e or 1.4f ( don't remember exactly) didn't load betfair graphs, but I noticed now that every time I open a market it shows for 1 second " Stream Down" message. Is this normal? The version I had didn't showed this message every time when loading a market.

    Yes, it's normal.

The software now closes the stream down when there are no markets open. Before it left the stream connected.

Did you install 1.4j? Graphs are loading. Also this version it's very quick at updating the prices. Big like

I can't open the "over line" markets in cricket, e.g. England 6 over line, or England 20 over line in today's T20I. The toy just hangs and I have to force a close.

Ignore that. I think I was trying to open a market that doesn't exist on the exchange.

Can other users please verify and double-check the P&L on a ladder where you have a position open? I have 2 open bets on a horse race where both positions' P&L are displayed as slightly different different to what they actually should be.

I have huge-huge delays when a horse race is going inplay, never seen that before.
normally it took 0,5-1 second, now it could be also 3-4 seconds. in a 5f-race the race could be already 30% made when the market re-opens, far too long.
is it only me or have others the same problem? is it the toy or is it betfair?

I am also experiencing the same delays when going in-play. They can range from 2 seconds to 5 seconds, very annoying. I am noticing that the market hasn't moved too much when it eventually goes in-play so wondering whether it is an API issue or not.

I have raised this with bdp.

Neil got back and said they are looking into it. from bdp ..... "Its sounds like a slower BSP reconciliation process"

Sounds like an internet issue. Try turning the streaming off to see what the API numbers are like. You can also contact support, and we may be able to go into it in more detail.
