Cant open markets

When I try to open horse racing markets after I have traded soccer markets they dont open.

Why is that I dont know. I just change from soccer to horses and I cant open any market.

After I restart toy everything works.

Next to "today" races is the "all" change it to "in play" then put it to "all" again
