    Default Crash Reports 1.3

    Please use this thread to report any crashes you encounter using version 1.3

    Please note the following when reading this thread.

    1. Version 1.3 of The Toy is one of the most stable products available for Betfair today, and crashes are a rare thing indeed. { EG If The Toy has exactly 365 users each day, and one crash was reported each day, this in effect means that this occurs once per year of use. If The Toy has exactly 1825 users each day, and a crash is reported once per week, this in effect means that this occurs once in 35 years of use. }

    2. Unlike other vendors, all application support is done via the forums and not via email, so you are likely to see more reported here than elsewhere.

    3. The most common cause of a crash in The Toy is usually underlying issues with the .NET framework, your installation of Windows, viruses and iffy graphics card drivers.

    If your crash happens on start up or at login time, please check this thread for a solution before reporting the issue here.

    Please report here with as much info as possible, and we will advise on the particular situation. However if you are continually experiencing crashes, I would advise against continued use of the application.

    Question Login Failure

    Hi, I've been using GT everyday without any probs until today.
    Now, however, I cannot log in anymore, getting this Error Message window every time. (and yes, I do remember my password)
    Logging to BF via browser is smooth.
    Any suggestions? Many thanks.

    I also tried reinstalling GT, no effect.

    Hello.Why the program is stopped at trade on 1-2 minutes.
    And video is not loaded.

    When I click the right button on the top of the app for the settings all the auxiliary window appears in black and crashes.

    Never had any crashes when using the toy from the program itself, had a few problems locking up my system in the past but nothing to do with the toy. I'd say any system your trading on keep it clean and no bloat software running in the background. Plenty of software on mine but only really have chrome pages open when trading. Set windows updates out of hours when would be trading and would recommend driver booster the free version works great, check every few months for any driver updates. My new system used to totally freeze every few days or so until display drivers updated, been using Driver Booster since. The toy is by far the best tool on the market in my opinion and very easy to use so keep up the good work developers. I'd like to see crossover points on the ladder mind
