    Default Sleep

I don't know about you, but the older I become the less I'm able to sleep. Down to only 2 hours nowadays. Not good

Don't worry about it as you'll be dead one day and will be able to rest as much as you want.

I am sure that doubleback will be able to provide a graph showing that most deaths occur when a person is sleeping. So, it's obvious that sleeping is a very dangerous thing to do and must be done sparingly. This becomes more important as one gets older. Personally, I sleep as little as possible. Living on top of a mountain I find myself at the same level that most fireworks explode when they are set off by the poor people in the valley, and, last night, I wasn't allowed to sleep much. I am far too mean to pay for my own fireworks.

Death holds no fears for me. It cannot be worse than watching this Southampton v Chelsea game.

Backing overs? Overs? Chelsea? On another note, the darts tonight should be good. MVG all the way.

For me, I need at least 5 hours to get through the next day, but if I only get 5/6 hours one night I'll need a good 8/9 hours the next night.

I sleep very well, but one thing frightens me - sometimes i have dreams about trading. I'm spending enough time trading to see this stupid ladder again in my dreams. This is really bad side effect of trading.

    Classic movie.

Has anyone experienced sleep paralysis?. I usually sleep well, 6, 7 hours. But couple of weeks woke up completely numb, couldn't move my bode at all. Terrible feeling.
