    Default Leaders odds

Alright I know we're all winning plenty but there is always further opportunities. I've been doing my dough on some in running recently and I'm after some smarts.

Has any body got some stats on the percentage of leaders on the turn winning?

Obviously track dependant but I'm just after some ballpark thoughts?

    Filthy.

We would be typing all night, to go into it all, but if interested, you need to develop an understanding of the 'PACE' of the race.

Too fast and the 'come from behind merchants' reel in the front rank.

Some tracks favor front runners, some don't, it's the old story........

    NO EASY ANSWERS.......

    Default no argument from me

    Yep plenty of variables.

Always amused by various strategies. There is punter who lumps big cash on leaders in Aussie staying races at about SP odds so I guess he figures he's got an edge.
Just curious what that might be on average.

I do note he moves pretty quick to remove it once the leader looks beat or challenged.

Have a suspicion that most of the money on Ozz & SA racing is 90%
UK funded, it's all a storm in a tea cup.

Lingfield is on today, a front runners graveyard, over sprint
distances, have a look, never forget the pic's are behind real time.

Most courses favour the lads on track but a few you get a better view on RUK pics

    Hi Marra,
Yeah, was a fair smattering of laptop brigade, 2 years ago,
dropped off now, might get a few back on foggy winter
days, can see who's in the lead before the TV camera...
