When i log in, the help thingy appears when i deselected it when i was previously logged in. It's the same for confirm bets and confirm application close. Is there a way around this?

That shouldn't be happening. The application should remember everything the next time you start it up.

So my questions to you are...

1. Are you using Vista? { Is it in some kind of super nanny mode?}
2. You are definatly ruuning the toy from the "Unzipped" folder & not the "Zipped" one aren't you?
3. How are you shutting the application down?

To anyone else, does this issues happen to you?

1) yes i am using vista (not in super nanny mode)

2) When i unzipp the folder and click on the toy, it says windows has found a problem and all that. I've tried dragging it on to the desktop, same thing.

3) I click the x button :)

You should right click on the zipped folder and click 'Extract All...'

This should extract the contents to a new folder, from this new folder open the application each time.

Works fine for me on Vista.
