I have noticed on various markets, footie, tennis, NBA etc....
where there is a gap(big or small) between Back and lay price,
some @!)&é@ person/bot is matching his own bets, something like (back€16-lay€16), or back (€216-lay€216) somewhere in the middle of the gap......so the LTP is what he/it wants it to be.
Is this some kind of strategy of a genius? Or a bot going nuts? Or Betfairs supersofisticated cross-market overround bot......
I find it very annoying.
Only thing I can think of, is to deceive any automated strategies and conditional bettors using LTP as a condition......
or he/it is just a Nigerian money launderer desperately wanting to put a few mio €€ in my bank acc. It won't work this way man, stop matching yourself! :confused:
